Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance Management
Cody Ehlers Group is committed to working with industry to develop more efficient and effective ways to manage the environmental, health and safety (EHS) component of business. CEG excels in this practice area by providing personnel with the ability to work equally well at several levels of the corporate world.
Our staff members have assisted corporations in the development of worldwide corporate environmental policy statements, and we have worked on factory floors to work out the fine details of how to implement those policy statements. Between these two extremes, we have performed a wide variety of projects aimed at:
- Identification of all of the elements of a successful corporate EHS management system;
- Development and implementation of support tools and component programs needed to run such a system; and
- Measurement and improvement of system performance (comprehensive compliance auditing, root cause analysis, etc.)
